Sam Saltis

 

Sam Saltis is a founding director of bharvest.

Prior to joining bharvest sam was an Executive within the ANZ bank. Over an 11-year period he held a number of planning and strategy roles. His focus was on the development of technology strategy, financial management, operations management and project delivery.

He has extensive International experience. Sam has a bachelor of science with majors in computer science and applied maths and holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Sophie Torney

Sophie is a founding director of bharvest.

Sophie worked in the IT services industry for over 12 years. Specific roles included development services manager for software companies. She was responsible for the management of over 50 staff and the delivery of large technology projects for government and private enterprises.

Her responsibilities included financial management of the business unit, resource management, marketing strategy and customer relationship management.

Sophie has been responsible for the design and development of a number of financial models, business plans and operational papers. She holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Michael Johnstone

Michael Johnstone is curerntly the Managing Director of F.N. Investments and a Director of the Bank of Cyprus.

Michael is involved in investment banking, principally in the areas of real estate finance and corporate restructure.Prior to Michael's current activities, over the last eight years he was a General Manager with the National Australia Bank Group and, most recently, as General Manager of Global Real Estate.

During his business career, Michael has been involved in corporate life in a number of industries related to finance and real estate. Involvement included investment, real estate investment including a time as Managing Director of what today is Centro Properties, property development, home building and acquisitions.

He is a graduate in Land Surveying from RMIT, Town and Country Planning (Economic Geography) from University of Melbourne and has completed the Advanced Management program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Judith Bennett

Judith is an experienced management consultant with significant achievements in corporate and business unit strategy, analysis and project management across a range of industries.

Strengths include intelligence and initiative, general management and business development, leadership and team-building, and communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience includes strategy consultant in multi-national professional services firm, principal of business consulting company, manager in ANZ Bank's business ecommerce area and manager of entrepreneurial joint venture

- all building on her original career as a commercial lawyer and policy advisor.

Judith has an MBA from Melbourne Business School as well as degrees in Law and Psychology (Honours).
